My review reflects the accessories department more than anything. Seems like only one person in the whole company can help me but she’s been gone for over 3 weeks on vacation or sickness or something else. anything. I told my new car sales person that I was interested in getting the issue addressed before answering my surveys, but I’m tired of calling and not hearing from anyone. I even took the truck in with a trailer to show the manager and sales person but I get the “she’s on vacation and will be back Friday”. We will call you then. Hear nothing, call Wednesday, “she’s out sick now and you don’t need to call again, we will call you when she returns”. Week later, nothing..... More
