A veteran of the auto industry since 1984, Ed says BMW sales have greatly expanded over the years because of the company’s products, programs and warranties. Not to mention leasing options. “BMW is very aggressive with lease programs,” he says. “They structure them so they’re affordable to more people.” BMW is also one of the few companies with a 4-year or 50,000-mile warranty that covers maintenance, including oil changes and brakes. Ed believes the key to success in the car industry is relationship building, and throughout the years he’s built many business relationships that also became friendships. “I just try to figure out what people want and make things work,” he says. Ed’s wife drives an X3 BMW and his vehicle of choice is a 528xi. “The power is terrific and the fuel economy is a real pleasant surprise,” he says. An avid golfer, Ed is the father of 3 daughters and delights in spending time with his grandson.

Wonderful Experience Picked up my new 750LI xdrive yesterday afternoon. Michael O'Conner was terrific in every way. His knowledge of my vehicle was outstanding. Although I traded in my 535 BMW and was familiar with many features of my car Michael showed me many things I didn't know about my new car. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole experience very pleasant. So happy to be back to Flemington BMW, Ed Kiley and Michael O'Connor. More

Tom is the absolute quintessential definition of what all sales personnel must strive to rise to. This will be our 7th BMW and Tom has always made this very easy. From walking across different parking lots in any weather condition to having us test driving multiple models to simply being just a very personable easy no pressure gentleman, which perfectly complements the enjoyment of the Ultimate Driving Machine! If we have any questions after the sale Tom always makes sure he is ready to give advice, look for BMW's for my next purchase or lease and notifying my wife, daughters and myself of all BMW upcoming events as well as BMW promotions. We have been loyal customers of Flemington BMW since 2002 and every time we visit the dealership my family is treated as if we are part of the Flemington BMW family. It is the little things that count in a customer relationship business and Tom Terrill is the go to person.
