Good Service, Quick experience, helpful and friendly staff. I went in and test drove a vehicle I liked. I asked them to work with the price to give me the best offer. They make money off the deals but couldn't come down much more. I had a deal and a few weeks later I asked again to give me a final offer. They dropped the vehicle (which was certified) a bit more, however, ALL the staff was friendly and very comforting. The process was quick and the sales associate was very helpful - although, I thought (while even though he was making a sale) he could have came down a LITTLE bit more in price to accomodate a customer looking to buy from his establishment. ;-) Overall, quick and friendly and Carlos went the extra mile in the end and was very easy to communicate with and he got me into the vehicle I wanted. The place is clean and they have all sorts of stuff to do while you wait. Excellent experience. More

The manager Steve Miehle also sat down with me and took the time to explain how everything worked and went over everything step by step. I would recommend to anyone looking to by a Chevrolet vehicle to go to this dealership. I love my new car! Thank you Martin Chevy and thank you Ed and Ryan for a wonderful experience. This was BY FAR the greatest car buying experience I have ever had. The last time I purchased a new vehicle it was at a Ford dealer and I wanted to rip all my hair out. Ed helped me over the phone with pictures, videos, and any kind of info you could want about these vehicles. The second I approached the dealership I could already see my truck waiting for me near the service department fully detailed and cleaned. The dealership itself looked amazing, Chevy has really stepped up its game. I don't plan to move out of Florida any time soon but in all honesty when I want a new vehicle, I will gladly make another trip to Martin Chevrolet specifically based on this experience alone. More

But the real pleasure of this place was working with Ed Mouton. He was very enthusiastic but not pushy about anything. He was extremely knowledgeable about our car interest (The Chevrolet Volt) even though he is the Corvette guy. He was very patient as we got finances as well as insurance set up. He worked with us left and right to make our experience, not only painless, but enjoyable and really made me excited about my car. Some weeks later, I still get giddy getting in my car and have zero regrets about my purchase. P.S. Free car washes and oil changes for life at Martin Chevrolet for simply keeping on the license plate frame are awesome. P.P.S. Ask Ed about his car selling experience from the hospital! Its a great one and will really show you why Ed is the guy you want to work with. More
