We were looking for another car for my son to replace his car the insurance company had totaled out. A friend of mine had saw this Toyota Camry online at Preston in Burton. Nick Odegard was very nice and helpful. We were very interested in buying the car after test driving it however we had forgotten to figure how much the car would be with tax and title before we went to look at it. When we saw the final price we weren’t sure we could do it. The Manager Ed Smith, went over all the numbers and every possible way we could try to make it work. Concerned that we would be getting in over our heads we thanked them for their time and their help. Before we left they asked if there was any other car we might be interested in besides a Toyota Camry. When we told them, “No.” They did not try to pressure us into anything else like many places do. Instead they told us if any Toyota Camrys came in within our price range they would call us. Long story short we looked at a few cars elsewhere, then relooked at our financial situation and realized we could do the Toyota Camry at Preston so we called them to see if it was still available. We were very blessed that it was. They told us we could come in the next afternoon to get it. The next morning they took the time to thoroughly detail the inside of the car. (The previous owner had been a pet owner and the inside had been full of pet fur which we are allergic to.) The team at Preston did a fantastic job at detailing it!! You couldn’t tell at all that it had been covered in pet fur the day before. They had gotten in between and under all the seats, in the back window, under the mats, along the door jams, they got everywhere. You couldn’t even tell the day before it had been totally covered in pet fur! Nick had all the papers ready for us when we got there that afternoon. James Preston, the Finance Manager did all the financial papers with us. Everyone was so kind, patient and helpful. We have had the car for a bit over a month now and my son is LOVING it!! The team at Preston were amazing. They were more concerned with helping us get what was best for us and not pushing us to into something we didn’t want just to make a sale. They did an excellent job with the detailing inside the car and they gave us the printout of the inspection they had done on the car and what they had fixed or replaced to make sure it was safe. So happy we found them!! We will definitely be checking with them the next time we need a car. Thank you to everyone that helped us at Preston Kia in Burton. I have never had an experience like I have at Preston. Todd went above and beyond to help me with my lease. I really don't know what I would have done without his and Ed Smiths help, along with others too Todd went above and beyond to help me with my lease. Karen Grcar got me the car I wanted right down to the specs and trim in the car I wanted (2021 Forte GT2) after coming back from a year prior when I was on the fence to just test drive something. She is awesome and glad I got to work with her, finance, payment range structure of deal she worked with me to make it happen even got to have my car delivered out in Cleveland while they finished detailing it up and putting new tires on it. This is the second car I have bought from Preston and Bill Preston even stopped by to see how everything was going. Well worth a consideration if your in the market or on the fence about upgrading.
