Bought a new Kia Serento X-Pro from Preston Kia in Burton Ohio and had one of the greatest retail experiences of my life. I hate to shop and really didn't want a new vehicle. But I bought a boat and needed s Ohio and had one of the greatest retail experiences of my life. I hate to shop and really didn't want a new vehicle. But I bought a boat and needed something to tow it with. Burton Kia was one of three Dealerships in Northeastern Ohio to have the new X-Pro trim in a Serento. So I made the 1/2 hour drive to Burton and went into the dealership with the "I won't let you screw me" attitude. What I actually found were Genuine People trying to help me get the vehicle I wanted, not the fast talking used car dealer with a ring of powder around his nostril. Three sales people helped me, Bruce, Curtis and finally Tom Barrett making it final. Great people, nothing sheisty. Frank the finance manager was also spot on and not pushy in any way. If I have any questions about my new amazing Kia I will make the drive to Burton rather than call so that I can visit with my friends. Also Bill Preston took the time to thank me, pretty cool. Dan Worley is also a manager of some sort who helped with my questions about towing with the vehicle. HaHa.... I had a blast with him! More
