Ok-not as good as last time Everyone was polite and loaner was fine. Service took all day--8am-5:30pm which was not expected. Tires disappointed in response to tire issue. I have 45,000 miles on my Mercedes and I just had tire number 12 put on. Tires are faulty and service gave disappointed in response to tire issue.
