Service Overall, the service was excellent. I did need a pick-up from work to come get my car. I was not informed that Lyft was the new method of pick-up. Overall, the service was excellent. initially had difficulty Initially I had difficulty getting taken care of : run flat tire blow out Then EDDIE took over - I was immediately scheduled with a loaner. The next day there was difficulty w/ "tire insurance" - again Eddie took the ball, ran with it and scored the touchdown!! More
