Still, some of the same issues with employees at the dealership. While significant change has been made topically to a couple of employees in the service department, was extremely helpful. However, the overall experience is the same and disheartening. Generally, you were overlooked, lied to, and a true meaning of customer service is not understood by the vast majority of the people contacted at this dealership. Kudos to Alex for her professionalism and attention to detail. She was extremely polite and helpful, and it did not appear that I was a nuisance to her by bringing my vehicle there as it has been in past experiences. Also, Terry Duren was very helpful in his explanation regarding the process of a valuation of my jeep. More
