Eric Bravo did a fantastic job at keeping me updated about my car through out the day. The leather on my door was bubbling. It was installed at an out of company place. Eric called me back to let me know it wasn’t able to be done day of because the technician didn’t have the parts. He let me know all of my options on picking my car up or leaving it to be done the next day.
