The only suggestion I would offer for improvement is the customer service provided when welcoming clients at the pedestrian entrance. I came in for an oil change, I had time to kill and was on a fact finding mission. I had spent a year obsessing over the 6th generation 4runner. Was very fortunate to deal with Edgar. Also Nathan I finance. Ive bought 5 brand new vehicles in my life. My first 4 finance people were kind of sleezy. Nathan was not that. A year ago, I bought my first vehicle at Toyota Naperville. Edgard Alcantar was my assistant, and I was very pleased with his service. Two days ago, I went back to him for guidance on buying a new Naperville. Edgard Alcantar was my assistant, and I was very pleased with his service. Two days ago, I went back to him for guidance on buying a new vehicle, and I returned home with my new purchase—a wonderful vehicle that exceeded my expectations, all thanks to Edgar. He truly worked wonders, answering every question and advising on every detail, both financial and related to the vehicle's maintenance. Once again, I was extremely satisfied with his service. Thank you, Toyota Naperville, for having such a great representative as Edgar!!! More

It's a shame, but I had to remove my initial review which was positive, to negative. My car was in a minor accident the day after I purchased it (from Toyota of Naperville). UGH. I was hit by a car that ha was positive, to negative. My car was in a minor accident the day after I purchased it (from Toyota of Naperville). UGH. I was hit by a car that had hit another car and slid into my front bumper. Damage was fixed, etc. My Corolla is a fantastic car, BUT something is wrong with the AC. I was honest and told Toyota of Naperville about the accident, when I brought the car in due to the AC issue. Let me point out the elephant in the room. The car was under FULL warranty (it's a 2025) and I bought an extended warranty, too. Warranties are NOT voided due to an accident. They're voided for other issues, but NOT an accident, especially like the bumper damage to the car. Because if that was the case, then what's the point of a warranty? If this is the case, then Toyota doesn't stand up for its product. The dealership looked at the car, found the AC didn't have any gas, charged it, and said it was fixed. They didn't check anything else with the car AC. There is more to this issue and I'll post it moving forward. I'll provide an email if anyone wants to know the entire issue. More

Of course we hadn’t bought a car in a long while, we weren’t to happy with the procedure of buying. Right when we were getting the car we wanted and price…we were surprised with the undercoating/ sealan weren’t to happy with the procedure of buying. Right when we were getting the car we wanted and price…we were surprised with the undercoating/ sealant expense and then a fairly pressure extended warranty sales pitch. All adding to the total expense. It seems that you should tell buyers the total picture/procedure ahead of time. More
