My family and I have been customers at Valley Honda for over six years. My daughter, husband and I have purchased a Civic, two Accords, a CRV, and an Odyssey. I can't say enough positives about the service we have enjoyed from Valley Honda. Fred Sims made the experience easy and painless from start to finish. He is the consummate professional and is very concerned that the customer comes first and drives away happy with the entire experience. Even with the shortage of computer chips delaying the delivery of our new 2022 Odyssey, Fred kept us updated regularly about delivery dates. He went out of his way to be sure we understood all the new computerized features. We are very appreciative of his service. Thank you to Fred and the entire service team at Valley Honda. More
