Be AWARE of this dealership! ! I'm not writing this review with hostility, even though I have my own experience with them. This is a message to the public, this facility does not ! I'm not writing this review with hostility, even though I have my own experience with them. This is a message to the public, this facility does not look out for your cars! The practices they are using are unethical. I've been a long time costumer of Bayside Chrysler, I have referred many people who I work with who now have a cars. I purchased a vechile and it was stole with my personal belongings, some items that were stolen were personal belongs that belonged to my mother. I took my scat pack for service and you would think that it would be safe. My car was sitting in service and was stolen on February 5th. My vehicle was not the first that has been stolen, this has happened multiple times and this should have been resolved, other vehicles were stolen and nothing was done. Bob, which is the service manager was very unprofessional, he laughed in my face and ridiculed me in front of other people. He had no empathy, laughed and smirked in my face when I was upset about my car being stolen. He then tried to sell me a vehicle above sticker price, my vehicle that was suppose to be replaced. Bobby called me to let me know there was a car ready for me but ended up being sold from under me,I put 2 deposits down for cars that were sold and definitely was sold to make a profit. I left business meetings thinking i was going to get my car back only to constantly show up to the facility to be told bad news. I was so happy, thinking I was getting my car replaced, and was told "I made a mistake" while I was sitting in front of the financer. I then went to the general manager for one occasion and was told they were doing the right thing by me. I left a deposit thinking I was getting my car replaced and once again car was sold from under me. As I previously mentioned, I have referred my personal friends, coworkers, and family. Regardless of my referrals, and being a good customer , my car was not looked out for, it was put on the street while in their care. Being the good person I am, I continue to do business with them and this was how I was re payed. In good faith I continue to do business with them. My car was put on the street carelessly and would like to just be helped, immediately. I am currently waiting for a call back on updates. I would truly appreciate any feedback anyone may have on what my next moves should be. More
