I was instructed to take my car to your service center but got to it after they'd already closed. Feeling very frustrated I figured I'd try the other location in NRH to see what I could do before giving up and going home. I was met by a super nice salesman(who I can't for the life of me remember his name) went above and beyond taking my keys and telling me he'd have one of their guys drive it over to the service shop in the morning so I didn't have to miss work the next day. I told myself then that when I was ready to buy another vehicle I was coming back to this place. My rental car turned out to be the Ford Fusion SE which I immediately fell in love with and knew that was going to be my next car and I'd be getting it from Five Star Ford in NRH. When I went in to look at the Fusion I was immediately greeted by such a warm and friendly salesman. Alfred El-Darazi treated me as if I were his daughter getting my first vehicle and I felt I could completely trust him. Made the entire experience extremely easy and stress free. I will absolutely recommend him to everyone looking for another vehicle. He then passed us over to Tut who handled the finance part of it and he was also extremely nice and made that part of it very quick and easy. He got me a fantastic rate which I was even shocked to get. Overall you guys are excellent,my experience completely exceeded my expectations! keep up the good work! More

Good vehicle selection and responsive sales staff. We were pleased with the explanations of the lease and purchase options available to us. The only negative is that we received an advertised offer v were pleased with the explanations of the lease and purchase options available to us. The only negative is that we received an advertised offer via e-mail to lease the vehicle at $20/month less 6 days after we bought the vehicle. We were compensated with one month lease payment which helps the situation but two months would have been better. We are very satisfied with the vehicle so far. I have my Fords serviced at 5 Star & had always bought my Fords from a smaller dealership. That dealership was sold & my sales person was let go. Since I knew Ron Green & had a very pleasant experi bought my Fords from a smaller dealership. That dealership was sold & my sales person was let go. Since I knew Ron Green & had a very pleasant experience with service I thought that I would try again to buy a new truck from Sam Pack. Several years ago I went to buy a truck there & wanted to test drive the truck on various roads, that experience was horrible with the salesman , he was overbearing & acted as if I wouldn't buy the truck anyway & couldn't wait to get rid of me. So I never went back to sales until now. But based on my service experience I ask Ron to get me in touch with a pleasant salesman, he did & Doyle Wells called me - he was very pleasant, courteous & gave me all of the choices that I needed to select a truck that I & my wife liked, he then patiently waited while I got my funds moved around to purchase the truck. Then my meeting with "Tut" Edwards in finance was just as pleasant. The process takes a while & I was tired & wore out by the time that I left, but I was happy & will buy here again if I need another Ford - we have an Edge Limited a King Ranch 250 & now a Lariat 150.. Mr. Sam Limo came in on his day off to help me get into the truck of my dreams. He never once pushed the buy, or pressured me in any way. When Mr. Tut (Elbert Edwards) took care of the financial paper work as quickly and smoothly as possible I was amazed at what truly nice folks I had found. In such a large dealership I really didn't expect to be treated with the friendliness and near family atmosphere that I found.
