We gave him price ranges and he quickly found a few cars and was very respectful of our limits. Too many times dealerships pressure you into buying a more expensive vehicle. But not at Five Star Ford! We had such a pleasant experience we decided to come back and buy again. As soon as we walked up we were greeted by Mario, who recognized us instantly. We were there to purchase a used car, and once again Mario was quick to find a car within our budget. Five Star Ford had the biggest selection of used cars than any other dealership we saw that day, so we had a few options to look at. Mario was super patient and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. They even cut us a deal on our trade in. When everything was agreed to and finalized we saw Tut in financing. Tut was very welcoming and funny, transparent, and explained everything we'll so we would understand. At the end of the day we got a great car at a great price with great service. I seriously can't recommend Five Star Ford enough. Thanks so much for helping us get a safe and reliable vehicle once again, guys! We are so happy with our purchase. More

Told him I went to the the auto show to view other cars to evaluate other makes as an alternative afterwards, but I also had always been loyal to Ford for more than 25 years and... He reassured me that five star would take care of me and that my previous experience was something he had heard from others, but he told me not to worry and he explained the entire process that I should expect from him and the Five Star. Chad walked me through the entire process from start to finish in a timely manner and he offered so many different options for me to consider. They have a tremendous selection of vehicles, very competitive pricing, and impeccable commitment to service. I dealt with both Joshua Fichter, and Marisa Thompson. They were both very helpful, and knowledgeable. They provided me with exactly the information that I needed to make an informed purchasing decision. Most importantly, they wer advocates and not sales people. Never once did they pressure me or attempt to push me to buy. This type of experience is unheard of in today's marketplace. Quiet simply, they treated me like a friend! The great experience didn't end with them. Tut Edwards in finance was outstanding! Friendly, fun, forthright, and honest describe my experience with Tut. He showed us all the ins and out of the truck so we would be able to drive the truck and know all its ins and outs on all the gadgets in the truck. I would definitely recommend when you go here ask for him!! The "Tutman Experience" was just as great. He helps with all the financing and was able to get our payments so we could afford them. He has all the qualities as Alfred above. All financing people should have his attitude and we had a great experience with him. Five Star Ford has both of these men in there employment it would be hard to beat anywhere else. I will definitely recommend them to everyone especially if these two men are working there. I plan on getting my next vehicle from them!! More
