Ken Harris answered our inquiry call to see if the van we were interested in was still on the lot. He checked the computer and said yes, but went one step better, ran outside to make absolutely sure. We set up a appointment the next day and the van was waiting for us ready for a test drive, and Ken greeted us at the door. Ken was polite, courteous and patient with my many questions about all the new features on the van. No haggling over price, offered us the available discounts, made suggestions, no running back and forth to drag out the process, straightforward in the very best way. It made car buying a pleasure. Ken, can't thank you enough, we will be calling you for our next car!! He took us over to the service department, located in another building down the street, to introduce us to the staff and set up our first service appointment. We were very pleased with the total experience. Thanks again Ken!! More
