I had been looking for 3 weeks for a used truck for my business. I found the truck on Cars.com and contacted Herb Chambers in Seekonk. I am not sure who answered the call but she was extremely pleasant and made me feel comfortable. After explaining that I had been looking for a truck for three weeks and had no more time to spare she immediately booked a salesman to bring ME the car. What a great idea. Rancier arrived at my house exactly on time at 7:15pm. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the truck and the process to buy the car. By 2:30 the next date the car was mine. In perfect condition, clean and with no hassle at all. Even my mechanic was very impressed with the condition of the truck. The dealership was clean, has very comfortable waiting areas and the process was smooth. Rancier is the guy to see. More

When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Danielle who had called and scheduled the appointment with me. I was introduced to salesperson Jordan Dutra. Jordan immediately inquired as to how he could help me, determined my needs as far as price, trade in value and financing options. and made my experience very easy. I then met with the sales manager and completed the paperwork. That afternoon I received a call that everything was approved and asked when did I want to pick up my truck. I wasn't able to schedule a day until the following week due to work commitments. They called back and said they would deliver my truck to me the following day. I live over an hour from the dealership and this was a huge convenience and time saver. More

He took the time to go over everything. Very nice person and no pressure sales! My only complaint is I asked numerous times (even asked the internet person I talked with only she didn't give an answer, just ignored that question all together) about the extended warranty, if it was included in the price and I was told it was only to get to finance and be told it would cost extra. If they were upfront with this it would make for an almost flawless transaction. More
