The saleswoman, NayColle, was well informed and helpful and made the car buying experience pleasureful. The financial dealings with Caz were efficient, straightforward and without any coercion to add unnecessary extras. After bad experiences with BMW dealerships in Pinellas County where I live, it was worth the drive to Sarasota to witness how a great dealership operates to make car buying enjoyable. More
