My first time buying a BMW and I was very impressed with the entire staff but especially with Emily Blose in the sales department. Emily knew what vehicle I wanted and for over 3 months was reaching out to me with vehicle after vehicle. The last vehicle she sent to me I decided to go see. While that didn’t fit the bill she did mentio was reaching out to me with vehicle after vehicle. The last vehicle she sent to me I decided to go see. Emily is amazing, there was no pressure what so ever, which I love. She is knowledgeable and very professional. At one point we told her we were going to look at a couple of other places we were interest which I love. She is knowledgeable and very professional. At one point we told her we were going to look at a couple of other places we were interested in as well, and ended up coming back and buying from her the same day, her customer service is great. The other places we visited cannot compare to BMW’s service. And they check on you after you leave as well to make sure everything is going well. More
