I must say, that the service Department is very polite & attentive to my concerns regarding my vehicle. They get you in quick in a timely manner, look into the problem, fix it & get you out just as quick.. attentive to my concerns regarding my vehicle. Promise Made, Promise Delivered On the way to work, my alternator belt happen to shred, but thankfully Sutton was only a few miles away when it happened. Obviously I was a drop-in an On the way to work, my alternator belt happen to shred, but thankfully Sutton was only a few miles away when it happened. Obviously I was a drop-in and I'm sure they had a full slate of scheduled maintenance appointments that day, but Erik made me feel like my car was the most important to him at that time. He promised to have his team take a quick look to assess the problem and then chart a plan -- less than 15 minutes later he explained what happened and outlined how long it would take to fix the problem (probably less than an hour). I was back on the road in 45 minutes ... while I don't hope to visit the service department often, I'll be sure to look for Erik on my next visit. More
