He explained them and helped me choose the right ones for me. I love my BMW X3. I worked with Eric Fender in Finance. He explained everything to my husband and I and even showed us a way to save money and showed us that we had a larger rebate than we were expecting. I worked with Susan Ward to setup my key and learn about the car. She is patient and kind. I'm ready to go back and tweak my learning and I can't wait. All in all, whenever I go back to the BMW Store, everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend them. More

Everyone there is great to work with from the sales staff, to the managers, to the service team. Brian gives us all the attention we need and answers questions without any pressure. The price we paid was very fair without any intense negotiations. Its a relaxed, friendly environment in which to purchase a vehicle. Once the purchase decision was made, the processing time was short. Everything was ready for us at the appointment time. We signed our paperwork and went through a thorough tutorial of our new vehicle with Susan. Just an excellent experience all around. More

I had worked with Dean Stathes at The BMW Store in the past, and so I reached out to him, asking him to find a couple of cars that I could review on-line before coming in. Not only did Dean find what I said I wanted, he found a car that I liked even more. The experience at the dealership was quick, and I got a good deal on a fabulous 340xi. Dean was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Then, Susan Ward was extremely helpful in demonstrating the new technology in the car.
