The return of my car was delayed and communication on auto status by Eric was poor. When I was able to finally pick up my car, it would not start after I stopped for an appt after leaving the dealership. auto status by Eric was poor. When I was able to finally pick up my car, it would not start after I stopped for an appt after leaving the dealership. I called Eric and he asked when was the last time I checked my car battery and offered no help. When I brought my car in for service my battery was fine-never a problem. Since picking my car up, I've had to pay 90 for a jump and then buy a new battery + I found screws that were removed by the tech and left out under my hood. No idea where they are supposed to go. I will not go back to this dealership or recommend service from this dealership. More
