My New Purchase - Same Great Salesperson 12 years ago I purchased a Certified Pre-owned Toyota Camry from Eric Levine at Toyota of Wallingford. The car remained reliable and had been service 12 years ago I purchased a Certified Pre-owned Toyota Camry from Eric Levine at Toyota of Wallingford. The car remained reliable and had been serviced there through great people like Bob Olson. A few days ago the car had issues where the repairs were worth as much as the car. The car was 14 years old with 317,000 miles. Mike Cote, the Used Car Manager, spoke to me when I called the dealership to find out if Eric Levine was still working there. He connected me to Eric who told me I could use my old car as a trade in for another car. I needed the new car right away. I spoke with Cheryl McKenna when Eric was helping another customer as she explained the inventory that was available. Eric provided excellent service by letting me know of one of the best cars that had just been brought in.. I came in to test drive the cars available. Eric was supportive but not pushy. He helped me evaluate each car I tested to determine which car was best for me. He guided me through the paperwork process. Billy Dechello in Finance was also very helpful in guiding me through the financial and motor vehicle paperwork. He explained to me all of the details in a brief but thorough manner. Then he explained that the dealership not only wanted me to be happy with my new Pre-owned Toyota Camry but they wanted it to be safe. They provided the car with front and rear brakes, new wipers, new engine and air filters, new light bulbs and 4 brand new tires. They also washed and waxed the car. Wow, that is the Wow that really counts. They had many labor hours and parts that they replaced at their cost for my safety. I have gone to other dealerships to purchase another Toyota Camry for a relative and they do not even compare. Eric even called me a day after I picked up the car to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I hope he is still there when I want to bring in my husband's Toyota Camry as a trade in for another Pre-owned Camry a few years from now. I would wholeheartedly endorse Toyota of Wallingford and their exceptional staff any day over the other dealerships in the area. I could not be more pleased. More

We've been getting our vehicles serviced at Toyota of Wallingford since our first purchase in 1995, and have NEVER had a scheduled service that wasn'tt fully completed to our satisfaction, or a 'follow-up' problem, or a need to return after a vehicle was serviced. We think that says a great deal of the expertise and professionalism of this dealership's Service Department. More
