For services on my truck, I drive past a few other dealerships because Stingray Chevrolet is typically much better than the others. However, this time my oil change took 2 hours! The advisor didn't c dealerships because Stingray Chevrolet is typically much better than the others. However, this time my oil change took 2 hours! The advisor didn't communicate that it would take much longer this time. He did give me a 10% discount, but only after I mentioned the long wait to him. An oil change should not take that long to complete, especially when I had an appointment and told them ahead of time that I would be waiting. More
