Shottenkirk is an awesome dealership. Received recall for two issues. Before I received letter. Shottenkirk maintenance department called me to schedule the repair and they would come t Received recall for two issues. Before I received letter. Shottenkirk maintenance department called me to schedule the repair and they would come to house to do the fix. The fix was a software update. Will for the repair department arrive just as scheduled and completed update in about an hour. Very courteous person that did an outstanding job. Thank you Shottenkirk! More

Had a transmission recall when I got it back it was hard shifting from 1st to 2nd. They are not willing to work with me to get it fixed. They said that I needed a new transmission $6600. It was a recall fro shifting from 1st to 2nd. They are not willing to work with me to get it fixed. They said that I needed a new transmission $6600. It was a recall from Ford Ford should replace the transmission And they’re not helping me with it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. More

They had my vehicle for a total of 80 days and 42 days after the engine came in. While installing the engine, they fried my PCM and tried to get me to pay for it. Wasn’t until after I spoke with the manag after the engine came in. While installing the engine, they fried my PCM and tried to get me to pay for it. Wasn’t until after I spoke with the manager and I explained that the original day I brought my vehicle to them, they never mentioned an issue with the PCM. The manager told me this was common issue and was trying to get Ford to pay for it but yet Ford did not pay for it. Service advisor was horrible with communication. I found out through my own research, I could contact Ford myself to get financial assistance with the repair since it was so expensive and the service advisor never told me I could do that. When I finally got my vehicle back, it was dirty, they left a tool, dirty oily rag, and panel to my vehicle uncovered with the cover in the floor. Also a small amount of money was missing out of my center console. Would never recommend this dealership. More

Everyone was polite, kind, helpful and very professional. It was one of the nicest experiences I've ever had at a car place.
