I just want to share my concerns regarding the extra car

It doesn’t feel like a real fix, especially considering we’re paying for this coverage every month. Also, when we bring our vehicles in for regular service, we’re not even receiving a basic car wash or vacuum. For the amount being paid, I would expect a little more value or customer care.
