Wait time :( I was forced to wait 40 mins in line to drop off my car even though I had an appointment. I pulled my care into the appointment line, but they checked I was forced to wait 40 mins in line to drop off my car even though I had an appointment. I pulled my care into the appointment line, but they checked in people in the non-appointment line who arrived after me before getting to me. A tad annoying and inefficient but service members were friendly and apologetic. More

Awesome customer service We have not had a bad experience at this dealership. They always take care of us. The service department always explains the work and worked on my car quickly. They call as soon as the vehicle is done. Their shuttle service is great as well. I drop my car off before work so it can get worked on while I’m working. They take me to work and pick me up when I’m ready to get my vehicle. More

The reps have been patient answering all my questions and concerns about my vehicle. I ask questions every which way until I get a satisfactory answer to my mind and the reps were very patient with me. I am very grateful and appreciative. I had a contractual/finance issue and had a great experience with Sonny and Michael helping me resolve the issue as well. I am very grateful and appreciative. More
