I usually don't like going to the car browsing because most sales people are pushy, intimidating, and pressure givers. But Niello BMW people were all so polite and they gave me and my husband plenty of pr most sales people are pushy, intimidating, and pressure givers. But Niello BMW people were all so polite and they gave me and my husband plenty of privacy and time to think about what kind of car we wanted. Fatima was very attentive, kind, and patient. Even after we got our mini cooper EV, she gave us her cell # to call her anytime if we have any kind of trouble or questions. She was the best sales person we ever came across.
