I had a fantastic experience at Handy Toyota and they have created a customer for life. I called salesman Errol Rule at 8am on a Monday morning and told him I wanted the Tacoma but I wasn't going to be a have created a customer for life. I called salesman Errol Rule at 8am on a Monday morning and told him I wanted the Tacoma but I wasn't going to be able to travel to the dealership. After some excellent communication working out the deal, he delivered it to me the same day. NOT ONLY did he drive 1 hour and 30 minutes to bring the Tacoma to me, as my old Highlander had finally croaked, which in my mind was already going way above and beyond. But, when I discovered that my local bank branch had recently permanently closed (the one time I need it), Errol took it in stride and after driving 1 hour and 30 minutes to my house, then drove me 30 minutes to the nearest bank where he waited for at least 20 minutes while my bank wrote a check. Errol mentioned he had become a salesman after leaving the restaurant industry due to covid, but if he said he had been doing this his whole life I would not have thought to question it.
