I had an overall excellent experience. I inquired about a vehicle early in the morning and was contacted right away same day to set up an appointment to see the vehicle that I was interested in. I worked wit vehicle early in the morning and was contacted right away same day to set up an appointment to see the vehicle that I was interested in. I worked with Michael who had great customer service and was very knowledgable and professional. Although it seemed like a very busy day, schedule/appointment wise, it never seemed like my wants and needs were put on the "back burner." In just one day and a few short hours I was able to drive off the lot with my new vehicle. Additionally, it was a very low pressure environment. They will have you meet with a representative who will offer additional features (added on exterior protection, interior protection, weather tek mats, etc.), but at no point did I feel pressured to have to buy anything additional. More
