As you can imagine, the gut shot and fear of making a bad choice swept over me and my wife when we first experienced trouble with our used car after the first 12 hours...but that was met by a genuinely caring team over at Ide Volkswagen that assured us we would be cared for.... and they did just that! We shopped at the right place!! Thanks Guys!! We were looking to buy a used car for my wife and initially intended to buy a Volkswagen, but stumbled upon a used Buick Regal CLX at Ide Volkswagen. My wife fell in love with the car and the trade-in offer for our vehicle exceeded my expectations.... $6100 toward a $9400 used Buick. The Buick was smooth as glass until the next day when the transmission seemed to be "hanging up". This occurred on 2 separate occasions. Push the pedal and almost no forward motion....back to the dealership. They kept the car, had techs, managers, and consultants drive the car, but could not get the issue to repeat and no codes coming up. Here we are....owned the car for less than 12 hours and already in for repair and concerned that the problem couldn't be identified. They were in constant communication with us and we were very pleased when presented with 3 well thought out options. 1. Return it, and get my other car back with all fees covered. 2. Apply all monies already paid toward another car. 3. Cost free 1 yr/12,000 warranty added to the car... Just to clarify, this is a 2011 Buick with 82K. If this is a transmission issue, it won't get better on it's own and won't take long to show again.... The warranty covers all issues related to motor or tranny. We only intend to keep this car for 2-3 years as our family is transitioning, so we were looking for a moderately priced car. I've been very pleased by their response, in light of the difficulty, and feel completely comfortable and confident as we move forward. Zero hassles on this purchase I stopped by last week because I have been looking at Jettas. My last one lasted 10 years and still runs well. I told David what I wanted, and he only showed me what I asked for. He was helpful in going through my options. He saw a car on the lot that hadn't been certified yet. In a couple days, he had it ready to test drive. I bought it the next day. Dave was excellent in the negotiation, straight and clear with his comunications, and accurate in his estimation of how long each step was going to take. He's a real pro. Evan took me through the paperwork in minutes with no cheesy upsells! A first! I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealership as quickly and as hassle free. Thanks Dave! More

This was the first time I ever felt like the sales person (David Ruzhansky) was there to assist me. He was fast and efficient, no games. The vehicle I purchased (2015 Golf GTI) is the finest I've owned, especially for the money (I've previously owned a 2001 BMW E39, 525i). When I purchased the vehicle it had some lot damage and the team immediately went to work to fix any and all of it without question. Each time I've gone for service the staff has been very friendly and helpful. This is a quality dealership with a quality product and even better...quality people. More
