He makes the entire process as fun and painless as buying a car can be. He helped us select a car that met our specific needs and then walked us through the process from selection to delivery. It can be very difficult to finds cars in this environment due to supply chain issues and low inventories. If you are in the market for a VW I would highly recommend Spencer and Ide VW. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased/leased from the Ide family of dealerships. More
