Jordon, sales who leased me the new Equinox. Rebbecca in finance who helped make the process smooth. She had leased me new Equnox's in the past. Mark who greeted me today for a follow up appt. Andrew Long who sent me the letter to offer a chance for and early end to the current 2020 Equinox lease. Bennett had just the perfect vehicle for us. Outstanding dealership. The tech who received at the service bay. Excellent. This is the 5th leased Equinox with Bennett. Always a great experience. More

Let me start by saying that we've purchased 2 vehicles from Bennett in the past. One of them being just in 2020, but our previous salesperson is no longer with the company & she was great. We've even done from Bennett in the past. One of them being just in 2020, but our previous salesperson is no longer with the company & she was great. We've even done all of our service with them, also with no issues & great experiences. We recently had an experience with Evan & we were really turned off. We went in to look at an Equinox and explained that we were shopping different makes/models & that test driving was important to us that day because we were going from a large truck to a smaller SUV. We purposely did not even bring our trade-in because sometimes we are a little too impulsive so we didn't want to make a decision with the limited time we had available as well. Evan would not let either of us get a word in edgewise. He did an entire script formatted around them being the number 1 rated dealership & being non-commissioned sales people. He asked us nothing about what other makes & models we were looking at and didn't try to tell us anything of why this Chevy was better than any other make. All he kept saying is that they are non-commissioned and that they aren't selling over sticker like every other dealership. Dude, we just bought from you during the pandemic...we know how everything works. He did not try to sell us the car, he only tried to sell the dealership which was NOT what we were looking for since we were there as previous customers. We were very turned off by his demeanor, lack of communication skills, & salesmanship. I understand he has been doing this a long time, but as someone who spent the last 10 years in the car business herself, I found his sales tactics very off-putting. He didn't seem to read the room. We've since purchased another vehicle from a different manufacturer. It's not that we would never do business with Bennett ever again because we just buy the vehicles we like rather than from one dealership, but we definitely would not work with Evan again. I would normally give 5 stars because the overall experiences with the dealership have been good in the past, but Evan really changed our minds. Overall, I would still recommend this dealership, just not the salesperson. More
