My son and I were immediately comfortable with Drew. We was very personable and didn't put any pressure on us. Great experience - 3rd car here, This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from this dealership and the third vehicle I bought from the salesman Joshua Miller. 1. Josh is a very friendly guy and will always try to get you a good deal on what ever you are trying to buy; as he did for the 3 cars he sold me. 2. the dealership usually always has deals going on and are always willing to make time to help you with a sale and find a affordable car. 3. Dennis Reilly is the finance guy that help me out on my third vehicle (2018 Malibu) he was very helpful and was able to get me a even better deal I originally had before I went in to sign papers. All together it is a good dealership and good people and I would say I had a great overall experience. will purchase my next car from this place. More

Poor customer service I purchased a used 2016 checy cruze for my daughter on January 23, 2017. There was only one key so Brad, the salesman said he would get and send(mail I purchased a used 2016 checy cruze for my daughter on January 23, 2017. There was only one key so Brad, the salesman said he would get and send(mail) another key. The other key came in on January 27th. I contacted Brad on February 8 to see if he sent the key. He told me his was waiting for the gas card and asked me if I wanted him to send the key by itself and I said yes. My daughter lost her other key on February 10th. I contacted Brad to see if he sent the spare key and he said no. I picked up the spare key from the dealer on February 14. Since my daughter lost the other key the Chevy dealer by us is charging 140 to reprogram the key. I called Brad and he said there is nothing Chevy of Hodgkins will do. I told him if he would have mailed the key when he received it on the 27 of January my daughter would have been able to program the new key. He told me he was waiting for the gas card to come in and that is why he didn't send it. I find it hard to believe that they are out of gas cards for more than a week. I had to go back and re-sign warranty paperwork that was incorrectly filled out by the salesperson on the 23 of January and they told me they would give me a gas card because I had to come back in and sign- i went back in to sign on January 26 - so they have been out of gas cards since January 26. I have not received a gas car nor do I expect to. If Brad would have sent the key on the 27 of January my daughter would not have to pay $140 to program a key. Very poor customer service. More

Mark and his sales-team both emphasized there was no pressure to leave the dealership with a car and even encouraged the idea of taking any necessary time to think about a purchase. When it came time to finally get into a vehicle, Mark and his staff were nothing other than accommodating. They explained the process in plain English and still managed to maintain a high level of professionalism. I will definitely be recommending Advantage Chevy and Mark to friends in the future! More
