DaeJon placed me in a new loan vehicle as my service advisor, Fabian, had to order the tire. When I picked up my car a day later the sweet and kind Porter (who remembered my name) helped me transfer my belongings from one vehicle to the other, my car was washed and I was on my way. Great first impression of the Service Department. Thank you Crest Volvo!
