I usually hate sales guys and I immediately liked him over the phone, and felt the same when we met him in person. He was the perfect balance of professional, knowledgeable, and relaxed, and quickly realized we knew what we wanted and were highly familiar with the car. We knew nothing about the dealer, however, so he was able to educate us on all the benefits of working with Phillips Chevy and the used car protections they offer. LOVED this car buying experience, and we’ve had several over the years. PS, the mechanic who we chose where we took the car for a pre-purchase inspection just RAVED about this dealership. Huge endorsement. We will definitely search this inventory next time we need a car, despite the distance. Also, my Google review forgot to mention the awesome sales manager who worked with us through some challenging logistics, and the finance guy Fabian who was the most chill finance guy I’ve ever encountered. I hate buying a car. You know why. Bought my first one (VW Bug) from a friend. The next seven vehicles (Celica, Corona, GLC, Stanza Wagon, Villager, Vue and CRV we You know why. That's a lot of dissatisfaction over the decades. You know what I mean. Spending way too many hours on the internet researching and dreading the deed, I put off buying another one until today. And what a difference! Ninth time's the charm! I had a pleasant experience due to a great price and even better personnel who knew their stuff. All three young men were polite and professional. Nick B. helmed my purchase. He is knowledgeable, thorough and answered my questions as did Akela and Fabian. All three young men are well versed and a credit to Phillips' management on how to treat potential customers. I wish them well in all future endeavors.
