I was nervous about coming in and looking at cars, and thinking about making a big investment since this was my first time doing this. I bought my new KIA at the Asheville location off Brevard rd. This was a wonderful experience and my sales person Faith was awesome! I asked for a higher return rate on the car I was trading in and she was able to negotiate a higher fair price for approval. She was very friendly and i honestly could have just stayed chatting with her for hours after buying my car. I received a lot of good advice which made me feel very confident in my decision to purchase this vehicle. Great customer service experience! I will definitely be recommending this KIA location to all friends seeking a new ride! The new car drives GREAT and I am excited for my next big road trip! More
