Made appointment for 9:30 am, after 2 hours I text the number the service department text you to use for any questions during your visit I get no response so I walk to service department to ask in person and I see my daughters car still as not been taking to be worked on. The service rep sees me and says let me find out what's going on with car. He goes to garage a second later someone comes to get the car. Rep comes back and tells me it will be done in 45 minutes. So when we finally get the car back they didn't wash the car like they indicated they did on the bill. The first time I took my daughters Chevy for oil change it went smoothly. More
