Horrible. I called on Saturday 11/15 to ask if I still had free services the man I spoke to checked my account verified the car I had and then told me yes we h I called on Saturday 11/15 to ask if I still had free services the man I spoke to checked my account verified the car I had and then told me yes we had up to 35k miles or 3 years. So he transferred me back to someone else to schedule an appointment I scheduled my service for 11/19. Arranged for a babysitter and made time to take the car only for them to take the car in and try to start and then after the fact of taking it back tell me that I don’t have free services. I immediately told them no after telling them what happened and asked for my car back but they said it was being updated and had to wait. They wasted my time, felt like they just tried to get me in there to try and make me get a service there. My uncle worked corporate for Hyundai and we went to that dealership specifically to get my car there, but I told him my experience and will now go to another Hyundai he recommended with trustworthy people. More

Met with Tino Lozano and he explained everything to me without confusing me! Service was EXCELLENT!! It was a 30,000 mile service appt, it was completed in a super timely manner of 2.5 hours! Once I drove without confusing me! Service was EXCELLENT!! It was a 30,000 mile service appt, it was completed in a super timely manner of 2.5 hours! Once I drove off the lot I could definitely feel the difference as my car sounded and drove super smoothly!! Extremely HAPPY with Puente Hills Hyundai. The Pomona Fwy Hyundai is waaay better than the 10 Fwy location. Just my opinion from experience! I will be back from now on Puente Hills Hyundai!!! More

Average. Car didn’t get washed. Way too many texts/emails. Reminders are good but numerous texts AND emails that I’m late for maintenance when my car is sitti Car didn’t get washed. Way too many texts/emails. Reminders are good but numerous texts AND emails that I’m late for maintenance when my car is sitting at the dealership is overkill. I appreciated the loaner since my car had to be kept but no one told me when I was going to need the loaner, I was a waiter and went to ask after 4 hours of waiting. No one called me when it was done either, I had to call 5 days later. I received no less than 3 reminders that my car was due for service during this time as well. You had my car. My advisor seemed like he was busy and hustling but was no where to be found most of the time. More
