While traveling in the Asheville area, my car started acting up. I stopped at the Hyundai dealership to see if they would check it out (this is around 11:00 and there were people in front of us). Not on acting up. I stopped at the Hyundai dealership to see if they would check it out (this is around 11:00 and there were people in front of us). Not only did they check it out - they fixed it (THAT DAY!)! Of course I checked out the new Palisade while there and did not feel any major pressure to trade my car in. Thank you for keeping my travels on track! More

Hyundai Of asheville was very accommodating on a warranty issue. They got me an appointment quickly even gave me a ride home since it would be more than three hours to work on the car. Every single person I interacted with, from Felicia at the start, to Fred at the end, was absolutely amazing. Not having a car for two weeks was so stressful and I was able to tow my car over to Hyundai the start, to Fred at the end, was absolutely amazing. Not having a car for two weeks was so stressful and I was able to tow my car over to Hyundai of Asheville and be taken care of within 2 days. It was unreal how fast they got me back in my car. I also had a lot of questions and the team was so patient and didn’t mind walking me through all the details and their recommended next steps. I could not be more grateful for their support and excellent service. Their team work and dedication to the customer experience definitely shined. 10 out 10 recommend More
