Had a trade in and they started out too low for it in the beginning, but eventually made me a fair offer - would have been nice if it didn't take the Salesman four trips to the Manager to get there. Surprisingly pleasant experience We hadn't bought a car in 13 years. A lot has changed! Our salesman, "Santana", was very focused on finding us the perfect car.
