Revisionist history is a wonderful thing. If you read the texts you'll see your story falls apart. I received texts and responded right away, I spoke to Daynah and she understood. I didn't receive any emails but sent David Alcantar several asking what was going on after ISAID sold the truck Friday, a few hours after texting me. The price was agreed on, there was full payment, and there was a meeting of the minds about delivery, to me that's a contract for which your dealership breached. Your Sales manager is a scumbag and a fraud. I still don't have my money, $53 k. Funny how you can sell a paid for vehicle within hours, not a week and my money still isn't here 5 days later when ISAID Barragon specifically said he overnighted the money FED EX on Friday last. I've received nothing but lies from Walters. We will talk in a more formal atmosphere unless you have a suggestion how this can be remedied. I suggest you consider this your last opportunity to make things right.

I’m curious about which parts differ from your perspective. Gio reassured us 4 separate times what the car he was selling us had drive assist with distronic. The paperwork that we signed at time of purchase also reflected this. Every time we tried to get some help figuring out how to activate this feature we were told “read the manual”. If this story “differs” from what happened, why were we even offered a full refund for a now used car? If this isn’t the truth, why did your associates admit fault in this situation, and try to find a solution for your fraudulent salesman’s dishonest in trying to make a quick buck off of me and my family?

Hi Son, Thank you for feedback here and I can certainly understand your frustration. I spoke to Andrew and he let me know that you two have spoken and he apologized for the challenges. I’d also like to just reiterate what occurred here as well. Although we did figure the out of state sales tax incorrectly we made that good by paying the difference of our mistake out of our own pocket; this mistake was actually in your favor. The mistake also has nothing to do with the charge on your credit card. That charge relates to registering the vehicle in Nevada. Since you are not registering the car in CA you don’t pay the CA registration fee. The forthcoming Nevada vehicle registration charge was made aware to you when you bought the car (you had to fill out the form and provide your credit card info while you were here) and we explained to you that it would be incurred once you completed the Nevada smog check, vin verification and submitted the paperwork. Now that you completed that registration process your card was charged as planned. I am very sorry that the customer service you got here was below our standard. I will have a talk with everyone involved about being more empathetic and helpful. If you have any other questions please reach out to me directly. I didn’t sign any form, and I don’t see any paperwork that indicate you paid anything to CA. All I have is a signed sales contract for what you collected in tax and DMV fees, which total MORE than what was itemized from the NV DMV. From the documentation I have, it looks like I overpaid! Furthermore, the NV paperwork was processed on 3/21 - more than TWO months after I purchased the vehicle, and ONLY after I contacted the sales rep to ask about it. Your sales manager (Tito?) told me he took care of “everything” and I would not expect a $1500 charge two months later if that is the case. So I waited for HOURS to get the paperwork written (you can check all the security cameras that Filomena is so proud of) only for you to screw up the paperwork, then having your sales manager call and say “everything” was taken care of which turned out to be a lie, and then seeing a charge two months later after not hearing anything. What a way to experience the Mercedes-Benz purchase at Walter’s!
