AMAZING!!! Had to get into another car as I was in a hit and run auto accident. My husband and I were NOT looking forward to another car buying experience, as the last purchase we made elsewhere was a hassle and seemed to take all night! Subaru of Jacksonville was referred to us by my Mom. She and my brother both purchased new Subarus here. I was already interested in a Subaru, but was skeptical of the buying experience. I will say that Jerry Johnson made me a believer! I never had such a positive experience than I have at Subaru of Jacksonville! Jerry and the finance team were genuinely friendly, honest, and answered all of our questions. No pressure, no haggle, just a pain-free experience! We love our new Subaru and will definitely be back!! We will also be sharing our experience with friends, family, and those looking to buy a car! More

Excellent experience In 2002 I bought a new Subaru Outback (H6 LL Bean Edition) from a dealership in Virginia. When I moved to Jacksonville, I took my car to Subaru of Jac In 2002 I bought a new Subaru Outback (H6 LL Bean Edition) from a dealership in Virginia. When I moved to Jacksonville, I took my car to Subaru of Jacksonville for servicing. My go-to mechanic, Dan, always took excellent care of my aging car. But after 15 years, I thought it might be time to trade it in for a 2017. Even though I kept going back to Subaru of Jacksonville several times "just to look," the salesman (Jerry Johnson) never pressured me. He patiently answered all my questions and when I test drove the Outback H6 Touring model, the decision was made. Jerry made my buying experience relatively stress-free. All of the employees at Subaru of Jacksonville -- from my salesman to the Service Dept. -- are friendly, highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. As long as I own a Subaru, I will continue to go to Subaru of Jacksonville for all my auto needs. So enjoying my new car. It's so quiet and I like all the bells and whistles and, of course, the safety features. But that's what makes a Subaru a Subaru! More

We knew we wanted to work with Frank Woods again because he gave us such a wonderful experience the first time. He recognized us immediately and remembered our names (including our son) and what car we bought a year ago. It's hard to find that kind of service these days. When working with Frank, we never felt pressured into a car as we had with other dealerships. We decided to lease an Outback. This is the first time my husband and I had ever leased a vehicle and Frank was very helpful in answering all of our questions. We will be recommending this dealership and specifically Frank to anyone we know in the market for another vehicle. More

Best Car-Buying Experience of My Life Three weeks ago, I purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester Premium from Subaru of Jacksonville after extensive research to determine the best vehicle for my Three weeks ago, I purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester Premium from Subaru of Jacksonville after extensive research to determine the best vehicle for my life style and the best approach to buying a new car. I have purchased numerous cars over the years, and none of my previous purchases matched my extraordinarily positive experience with Subaru of Jacksonville. After considerable Internet research I decided to use TrueCar values during the purchase process but to avoid using the TrueCar Certified Dealer process that can lead to a flurry of emails and calls from multiple Subaru dealers. The web site of Subaru of Jacksonville was extremely easy while searching their stock of new vehicles, selecting the one that I wanted, and initiating my Internet inquiry regarding that vehicle. I mentioned in my inquiry that I knew the TrueCar Best Price for a TrueCar Certified Dealer purchase but wanted only to deal with Subaru of Jacksonville if possible. Within a short time, Jerry Johnson, Sales Manager, called me with a price that was below the TrueCar Best Price, and I accepted that price. I placed my desired car on hold with a nominal credit card charge until I could drive down from Savannah, GA to complete the sales process and to pick up my car. Although I was extraordinarily pleased with my telephone conversation with Jerry Johnson, I was relatively certain, when I arrived at the dealership, that I would have to deal with the "bad cop" of this dealership during the remainder of the sales process. My experience proved that the "bad cop" does not excess and that this dealership is fully committed to a positive car-buying experience. Jerry Johnson was even nicer in person than he was on the telephone, and I soon realized that he is an extraordinary human being who loves helping people. He is also extremely knowledgeable regarding Subaru car features and services, and he became my trusted guide through the sales process and did everything possible to make it an easy, understandable, and enjoyable experience. He also impressed me with his insistence that I feel free to contact him in the future with any additional questions that I might have regarding my vehicle. I financed this purchase with this dealership, and this portion of the sales process was equally satisfactory. There was a lot of paperwork to complete, but it was handled professionally with a genuine concern for my wellbeing. I traveled from Savannah, GA to Subaru of Jacksonville because of their dealership reviews, and I discovered that the excellent ratings of this dealership are well-deserved. I strongly recommend Subaru of Jacksonville if you are interested in purchasing a Subaru! More
