Subaru of Jacksonville is the opposite of other dealerships. No high pressure, no price gouging, no junk fees, no gimmicky add-ons. Dave Bailey was our salesman and he was outstanding. ALL of their salespeople were friendly, and the atmosphere at the dealership is welcoming. At Subaru of Jacksonville, the whole car buying experience was very easy and quick. We got a price over the phone, made a deposit, drove there the next day, and drove back home within 4 hours start to finish, including the test drive. Dave Bailey was our sales guy and he was outstanding. He went the extra mile for us. We're tellung all our friends to go here to get their next car! More

Kimberly was excellent and very professional in providing options, pluses and minuses for the second car we were looking to drive on St Augustine Beach. We decided on the Cross Trek. Kimberly provided ex options, pluses and minuses for the second car we were looking to drive on St Augustine Beach. We decided on the Cross Trek. Kimberly provided excellent answers for all our questions and concerns. Would recommend anyone interested in a Subaru to contact Kimberly. The only negative was with the session with the finance manager. The extended warranty pitch was very aggressive. Didn't like the idea of having to decide on taking the Subaru of Jacksonville extended warranty at on that moment or the price would increase exponentially (after several hours and getting tired and anxious to leave). Would have liked to have a chance to study options and details without being pressured with the pitch of replacing electronic parts could cost $8,000 and if you don't sign now it will cost you a lot more to purchase later. Was tired after being at the dealer for 3 or 4 hours and took the extended warranty, but this left me with a bad feeling about this dealership. More

We spoke by phone with Kimberly Schneid, she confirmed the car was available, so with her help we placed a deposit and drove from Largo Fl. to Jacksonville, Fl (232 miles) to purchase the car we really wanted. Kim is the type of salesperson that genuinely cares about her customers. She clearly articulated the features in the car, and the process we would follow to purchase this Subaru. Speaking to her on the phone and in person confirmed my first impression that this car buying process would proceed smoothly. Mark was great, there was no pressure and he was very knowledgeable. The Finance part took way too long and we had to wait for another customer to finish but Oviedo was very nice. There’s no reason that financing should take 2+ hours for someone with Excellent credit and a 1/3 down payment. Would not recommend that part! More

After being disappointed in our local subaru dealership, we widened our search and contacted subaru of Jacksonville. Ray Powdrell was knowledgeable and accommodating. He offered to deliver our Subaru Cros we widened our search and contacted subaru of Jacksonville. Ray Powdrell was knowledgeable and accommodating. He offered to deliver our Subaru Crosstrek. We went to Jacksonville and picked up the car. The finance department was professional and detail oriented. We spent less than 20 minutes at the dealership and we were out the door. Our best automotive buying experience ever. Will gladly go back and deal with these people again. More
