After finally dropping off my car for repairs, I received nothing but generic text messages with constant delays and zero phone calls. Completion dates changed multiple times without explanation, and I’m now paying $50 a day out of pocket for a rental because of their lack of communication and care. It’s not just frustrating — it’s costing me real money. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Planet Ford Collision Center at all cost. More
