Extremely disappointed , I was constantly reminded to come to the dealership for a 10000 mile check up. I was never told that there is a charge for this service. After I dropped off the vehicle and lef come to the dealership for a 10000 mile check up. I was never told that there is a charge for this service. After I dropped off the vehicle and left it at the service department,I received a phone call that there will be a charge for this check up. After picking up the car I was even charged for windshield wiper fluid - never have I experienced this kind of service from a luxury vehicle dealership. This is my first Benz and probably the last.
