Frank worked hard to find the perfect truck for us, we came in on a Sunday and were treated courteously from the moment we stepped in the door by Rachel Nazworth. She was very professional and so sweet and friendly and went out of her way to help us get in my dream truck. The finance side with Joey was smooth and quick, no pressure for unnecessary add ons. He was very professional in answering any questions we had, he was personable and friendly as well. I did have to take the truck back for service the following Monday, every one I encountered was very polite, and helpful in making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, the diagnostic was taking longer than anticipated, the service department kept me abreast of the situation and I was put in a loaner so that I could go get lunch and take care of anything else I needed to do while I waited. I ended up having to be assigned a loaner for 2 nights, it was a truck very comparable to my own in features and luxury. Jess was efficient, friendly and informative in getting me in the truck and on my way. I live 2 hours away so finding out they offer delivery service at no charge was an unexpected delight! That process with Jess was simple enough and my truck was delivered bright and early this morning. I am overjoyed with my purchase and I am impressed with the professionalism I experienced from everyone I encountered, even personnel not directly involved with my situation made sure I was being taken care of. I truly felt like a VIP throughout the whole transaction from the hunt for my vehicle down to having my truck delivered to me. A big shout out to Murray Ford of Starke, you guys are wonderful at all you do! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! More

They removed only 1 sticker of 4 from the windows but left the sticky online of that one. I noted that a valve stem cap was missing and that a rubber piece on the front bumper needed attention but upon my return neither had been addressed. When I brought that to their attention, I was told "let me get you a valve stem cap so you can be on your way". To which one was removed from a vehicle on the lot and placed on my truck and I was sent on my way. More
