The car is what I wanted, but I wasn’t happy with the delivery or how it left the lot. The ‘selling stickers’ ‘2017’ were still on the car when it got delivered, not the required ‘interstate commerce’ st delivery or how it left the lot. The ‘selling stickers’ ‘2017’ were still on the car when it got delivered, not the required ‘interstate commerce’ stickers, there was no gas in the car, the right mirror got damaged during delivery, the delivery was late, all the rims were scratched without being disclosed, I never got a second key, and I still haven’t received my ‘2nd key’ after having the car for almost a month. I never expected to drive 5 hours to complete a transaction and have a car delivered to me that hadn’t been cleaned and detailed. The vehicle was full of dirt and pet dander from the previous owner transaction and have a car delivered to me that hadn’t been cleaned and detailed. The vehicle was full of dirt and pet dander from the previous owner. I’m allergic to pet dander. The vents were extremely dirty and full of I’m not sure what. I asked about a scratch on the vehicle that wasn’t visible in pictures provided before I made the trip. I was dismissively told “it’s a 2017, it’s gonna have scratches” I expected a better experience. I will say my experience with Finance was amazing. More
