I could not have been more pleased with my experience in purchasing my dream car. My/our salesman, Karl Vonder Schmalz, listened as I explained what I was looking for. Karl was extremely helpful and his follow up with me has been spot on. Financing the car through you all was seamless and I received a better rate than that from my bank. Only issue I have had to date was with hooking up the XM radio. Still not connected and have been told I need to go to the dealer to get the issue addressed. More

The car is what I wanted, but I wasn’t happy with the delivery or how it left the lot. The ‘selling stickers’ ‘2017’ were still on the car when it got delivered, not the required ‘interstate commerce’ st delivery or how it left the lot. The ‘selling stickers’ ‘2017’ were still on the car when it got delivered, not the required ‘interstate commerce’ stickers, there was no gas in the car, the right mirror got damaged during delivery, the delivery was late, all the rims were scratched without being disclosed, I never got a second key, and I still haven’t received my ‘2nd key’ after having the car for almost a month. More
