My experience has been very bad. From the beginning the sales and finance manager was very abrupt and obviously more focus on making a sale. The vehicle I purcha has been very bad. From the beginning the sales and finance manager was very abrupt and obviously more focus on making a sale. The vehicle I purchase has mechanical issues that required me returning it to service within 1 week. It took over a week to repair the vehicle. I was given a rental, which upon return I was told to take a taxi to obtain my vehicle. This was never conveyed in the beginning. Upon my arrival to the dealer, there wasn’t a manager to speak to. I left messages and no one return my call. The entire process has been overwhelming. More
