Most helpful and thorough service center. The gentleman that checks you in to have service done on your vehicle is great, is customer service skills are impeccable. The staff that does the paperwork to get service started on your vehicle are wonderful as well. The guys that work on your vehicle know what they’re doing. My vehicle will feel out of sink when I pull in but when I leave I am confident in the feel of my vehicle and the service that was done. The mechanics are really really good at what they do. Overall I am always confident that my vehicle is at its best performance when the wonderful guys there have finished service on it. Thank you! More

Unprofessional, uncaring, lazy customer service I scheduled my oil change and when I got there they tell me they can’t do the oil change today they’re to busy. Absolutely no consideration for my tim I scheduled my oil change and when I got there they tell me they can’t do the oil change today they’re to busy. Absolutely no consideration for my time, I reschedule for the next day and AFTER the oil change they charge me $100.00 when my dealer told me I had a package with my lease and all oil changes are free only replacement parts and the sorts I would have to pay out of pocket. I’ve leased Acura’s and BMW’s in the past and NEVER paid $100.00 for a oil change. The service representative was indifferent to anything I had to say and walked away. The last thing a manager said to me is she didn’t have time to speak to me, that I should go elsewhere for a oil change. NEVER GOING BACK disgusting service. More
